I had a mixed experience during my stay at Hotel Diana. While the location was fantastic, close to essential spots like the hospital and Southbank, the room itself left much to be desired. I encountered cockroaches in the bathroom and the furnishings seemed dated and in need of refurbishing. Despite these issues, the staff were warm and helpful, which positively impacted my overall feeling about the hotel.

The room was a letdown; it was cramped and the cleanliness was questionable with cockroaches in the bathroom. Additionally, the decor was quite outdated and some maintenance is definitely needed.

The hotel is excellently situated near the hospital and within walking distance to great restaurants and Southbank Parklands. It made my stay much more convenient given my circumstances.

I found the breakfast nice, though at $25 per person, it's a bit steep for light eaters like myself. I often opted for the cafe next door as it provided better value for money.

While the hotel provided essential amenities, such as a gym and parking, I was disappointed to learn of extra charges for certain services like the gym, which I expected would be included.

While my room was clean and comfortable, I did find it to be a bit small for my needs. Overall, the service was friendly, making my experience enjoyable and nice. I would consider staying here again for the convenience and excellent support I received from the staff.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Diana, enjoying the spacious deluxe king room and the friendly service from the staff. The location was great with nearby eateries and close proximity to Brisbane Mater Hospital. However, I found the hotel a bit overpriced for its facilities, and there were a few cleanliness issues that could use attention.

My deluxe king room was large and comfortable, complete with a fridge and tea-making facilities. However, I noticed some coffee mugs in the room were dirty, which was disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 20-30 minute walk to the town center through the lovely botanic gardens, and close to many restaurants. It's particularly ideal if you need to be near the hospital.
Dining

There were several dining options nearby, but I felt the breakfast variety could be improved, as there was a lack of monitoring for food supplies in the dining area.

The free parking was a definite plus, but the overall conditions of the hotel felt more like a motel. The lifts not requiring a security card gave me some safety concerns.
